Terms of Service
Last updated 21 May 2026 — One Tap Payments Pty Ltd (ABN TBA)
1. The service
One Tap provides a virtual Mastercard and an invoice delivery platform. When you use your One Tap card at a participating merchant, a tax invoice is automatically generated and delivered to your One Tap wallet. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Australia to use One Tap. You must complete identity verification (KYC) before a card is issued. You may only hold one account.
3. Your card
Your One Tap virtual Mastercard is issued by Thredd (GPS). The card is for your personal or business use only. You are responsible for all transactions made using your card. If your card details are compromised, contact us immediately.
One Tap is not a bank. We do not hold or manage funds — your card is a payment instrument connected to your nominated funding source.
4. Invoices
Tax invoices are generated automatically when a participating merchant processes a payment via your One Tap card. Invoice accuracy depends on the merchant's configuration. One Tap is not responsible for errors in merchant-provided data such as ABN, pricing, or item descriptions.
5. Prohibited use
You must not use One Tap for unlawful purposes, to purchase illegal goods or services, to circumvent AML or sanctions obligations, or in any way that could harm the platform or other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without notice.
6. Availability
We aim to keep One Tap available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend the service for operational or legal reasons. We will give reasonable notice where possible.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Tap's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
